Throughout my life I have always been fascinated and interested in how people and group dynamics function, whether it be in teams or in organisations. I am passionate about enabling global talent development and stretching the boundaries of making workplaces more inclusive and effective. I also feel fortunate to work in a business area that allows me the opportunity for personal growth and exposes me to, not only different ways of doing things but also to many different cultures.
For me the essence of inclusion is captured by this powerful quote from Maya Angelo;
“People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel”
